The room was spacious. It had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. This. The rooms and grounds were super clean. They were also very well maintained. Breakfast was delicious with many options.

The staff offered minimum information at check in. It was also confusing to find our room initially because the resort is large. There was no entertainment available at the hotel. Prices were high.

The pools were clean. Previous reviews suggested otherwise, but I saw no issues. The bohio buffet had tasty food with a fair selection, however! it might not compare to large resort chains.

Service

8/10

The staff members were lovely and helpful throughout the stay. Housekeeping made beds and changed towels daily. This kept the room fresh. I appreciated their attentiveness and polite assistance with requests.

The location is good between the park and the nearby town. It is about 15 minutes to get to the park. This provides quick access. I found the hotel's theme to be fun and immersive.
